Sweet Charity Beads bio picture

Welcome

My Mission is to design beautiful, one-of-a-kind Quality jewelry that will make women happy. Heaven knows, when women are happy, all mankind benefits!

All Profits are donated to the Cancer Special Needs Fund at The Helen F. Graham Cancer Center at Christiana Care, Newark DE. Making donations to the HFGCC just makes sense to me. My father, many relatives, friends and acquaintances have received excellent care at the cancer center. I want to show my gratitude and appreciation. Also, as an oncology nurse, I was in the forefront of providing patient care. Now I’m in the background trying to raise money and awareness for the Special Needs Fund. This fund helps cancer patients pay for medical supplies and other expenses not covered by insurance.

In making my jewelry, I use natural stones, artisan glass beads for their unique designs and vibrant colors, and sterling silver. I especially like to use Thai Sterling Silver from the Karen Hill Tribe. The natives of this tribe support their entire community by making these beautiful pieces of silver.

Sweet Charity Beads products are available at Tideline in Hockessin and Rehoboth Beach, DE and Rare Cargo on Main Street in Manasquan, NJ
